About the Project

This project showcases our expertise in complex industrial turnarounds. We managed the end-to-end renovation of a key regional factory, breathing new life into its operations. Location: Cisauk, Tangerang, Banten. Project: Full-scale renovation and modernization of an existing sugar factory. Objective: To increase production capacity, improve safety standards, and extend the facility's operational lifespan. Key Scope: Structural reinforcement, complete overhaul of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, production line optimization, and integration of modern safety features. Outcome: Successfully transformed the plant into a highly efficient and compliant modern facility, securing its role in the regional supply chain.
